it happens to me very often when I shoot an enemy with any firearm (I'm talking only about cannons) that despite it being hit and the fact that it is hit is clearly visible (the bullet hits the ship's hull) it does not suffer any damage , does it happen to you too?
    developers please solve this problem.

This seems to happen with Missiles the most for me. I had one battle where I laid out many missile shots in a 1v1 open area battle... I very rarely miss 100% but it happened so much I had to go into the replay, and sure enough I see the enemy boat in the red circles with no damage counted once or twice. Today I had a teammate sitting in red circles with no damage. I would guess the higher speed weapons are more prone to latency issues as such, but one would think the replay would reflect the accurate history. It's rare, but considering Missiles are so random I just chalk it up to more RNG fun.

    It happens to everyone

But my problem is (if you hitted someone and he pressed nitro your shoot wont be registered , and it happens everyday for me at that situation if i am the shoot-er , but when iam the one who will be hitted even if i press nitro and if the shoot didn't even hit me ( i see it passing me ) i still take damage a lot of times

It doesn't. It only happens to those with a bad connection. It's an issue based on the difference between what your device thinks and what the server thinks. The server always has the final say, so if your device thinks you hit, and your weapon visually impacts on the enemy, but the server says "nope", then you deal no damage. The only fix is to get on a better connection. This may not be a possibility for you or @Eradone , but that's not something the devs can fix.

I said it happen to everyone but I didn't say it happen all the time , even if you are using NASA's network and your enemy have a bad connection your shoot might not get registered.

Your enemy's connection does not matter, it cannot make you miss. Only your own connection can.
