    I can't find a single place on that website to open a ticket. Nor can I find a place inside the game which I find frustrating.

    Issue has been fixed. On a side note the game should have a in game support ticket service.

    I bought the pearldiver and i got the confirmation email but when i go to the shop in battlebay it gives me error
