Can anyone tell me how many legendary parts it will take to upgrade from level 10 to level 20

I think it takes less than an epic would. But as for exact level I have no clue.

 

bumb , just get my 1st legendary item , rail gun need the same information , cause i'll evolve it to max T2 legendary railgun as soon as i get duplicate from weapon archievement

 

Level 13 to 14 Tier 2 takes 17 legendary parts.

I have a repair pulse stuck there at moment.

So one could do a math of saying x 10. At least 170 legendary parts?

180 leg parts from lvl 12 to lvl 20;since since there is increase in 1 leggy part req per upgraded lvl

Lvl 11-->lvl 12---16 parts; Lvl 12-->lvl 13---17 parts (and so on..)
(My lvl 9--> lvl 10 req 15 parts) (lvl 10-->lvl 11 dupe and power cell)
