International character support is broken (Chinese, Hebrew, Arabic)

    This issue has been bothering us for a long time.
    Many Chinese characters are dropped and are replaced with a blank by the system in places like chatroom, Guild name, etc.
    Below is a sample list of characters having this problem:
    鎗
    睹
    擠
    芬 (e.g. 芬蘭, the Chinese name for Finland)
    糞
    爾
    尷
    枯
    蜘蛛
    誠
    繃
    僥倖
    慰
    替
    蓮
    髒
    帥
    鑰匙
    鴉
    鵰
    睏
    飄
    襲
    瑋
    疏
    溜
    愚 (e.g. 愚人節 in April Fool)
    泊
