Matchmaking bug

    They will never fix matchmaking buddy you have to live with the bugs. Checkout infamy of our last player compared to others. This is fair play and fair matchmaking by the devs. Screenshot_20180318-115336.jpg

    It's just how it is. If you like the game then do what I did. Just grind away. Don't worry about winning or losing. Finish matches quickly. Get lots of gold/pearls/sugar doing this and get your boat upgraded. By the time you are at 1500 infamy in a solid Mark 4 (meaning rare-25 type gear) then things will stabilize in terms of the matchmaking.

    Every.... single... match I play right now is reasonable. It's like getting released from prison or something.

    There is no way that a Mk6 ship would not have better gear than he was running except if he was one of those players who scrapped all his gear and was starting again.

    I’d look at what gear he had on his other ships, and then consider reporting him if he has much better gear stored on those other ships.

    Nah I asked him he said he scrapped everything and now starting over so he is losing bunch of matches. At the time when he was matched up with me he had 95 infamy.

    Actually he was dropping his infamy on purpose as the match started he went into enemy territory and sit idle so that they can easily kill him. But the question how a player with 600 infamy matched with 3k+ infamy players. I feel this in 70% of my matches that they give me bad team mates. I'm always at the top and being fixer do more damage than other damage dealing ships but lose because of my team mates. And I can't take this lightly as for me infamy matters a lot.
