You got a playable weapon & one that can be used on almost every boat. Loads of worse options (Tri Torp, St Cannon, 4x Mortars, Carronade, any wep you already have as epic T4+).

Red item, missiles because they don't rely on perks for their strength, having only the 3 spots.

Practice high skill weapons are often the most rewarding.

 

I don’t like being a gun down, and I haven’t managed to win any games yet, but they certainly seem to do a lot of damage, on the right map.

They are one of my best items

 

Carronade? Really? What ship do u use? I only ever see ppl use carronade on Speeder (if using Double nitro) or Shooter (due to the amount of weapon slots)

 

Speeder : ex cannon ,carronade . OB , 2x nitro ,big shield ,turbo

 

Perfect, really good build u got there mate! U complement the carronade with a high damage EC... how about BC instead of EC.

One question tho, on my mini account, at 580 infamy as MK2 Speeder, I am having troubles. I am level 14. I used to use this build until this morning:

Rare level 15 Cannon
Uncommon BC Level 20
Uncommon OB level 17
Uncommon Nitro Level 18
Rare Bandages Level 6

Now I use:

Uncommon BC Level 20
Rare Grenade Launcher Level 7
Uncommon Nitro Level 18
Rare Frost Launcher Level 3
Rare Bandages level 6

Which build is better? First or second. I can also use Double BC, but my rare one does less damage than my uncommon one

 

I don't have even 1 blast cannon and also ex cannon has more range and also more damage especially when it is t4 epic waiting bhurt to Finnish training to be evolved

And for your setup it depends on you ,but my opinion is to use the first one bcuz your cannon is more upgraded than your grenade and easier to hit ,
and also OB is very needed item on speeder ( especially if you don't use a turbo)

But if you love your current setup then it is 10x better than your old one (bcuz using items that you love to use make it a deadly item)

 

You're on the right track. Just keep on using them, and you'll be good.
