    I play with Ultra in my name in many other games and platforms. One time, I heard a British man pronounce my name, so I got the idea to add the H to it.

    Plus, Ultrah sounds like Ultra.

    It was a long and careful process of deliberation. I solicited input from a wide variety of friends and family then I ran options by focus groups to gauge audience reaction.

    Well, that's one version of the story. Another way to tell it is that I don't care about my name in video games so I tend to just reuse over time since it's simple. A long time ago my older son was "Snapple". He abandoned that nick and when I found the one I had been using (Bicker) taken in some game I became Snapple. In BB I'm "SnappleBC" because Snapple is taken.

    ROFL, it's names like yours that spawned the game name I used for maybe 15 years. I got tired of running into Master this and Ultra that and UberBlackDeathDealer9997. So I took a page from Dilbert:

    Mine is from Greek mythology - Aether is the personification of the upper sky and heaven. I added the zero as anyone I destroy in the bay is denied access. Basically - Heaven, DENIED!
