App Store won’t show install button. I can’t update or play at all.

    New update is out right? So upon opening the game it redirects me to the apple App Store to update Battle Bay. But then there is no button to update. It only shows open, which cycles me through the same process. Not cool. Help???

    I face it too, just go to update menu, and scroll down the screen, it will refresh the apps, BB will appear

    Tried many things to get the update to show but no luck...

    Do I need to retain information to delete and reinstall the app? Will it auto populate my data?

    Go to the updates tab and pull down to refresh as mentioned above.

    I'll give it another try when I get home, but I'm on iPad not iPhone. It doesn't look like the gif posted here. This morning I scrolled to bottom of updates and nothing happened...

    Just reinstall the games if cannot find a good solution. If you to worry much about data. The games total 400+MB and if update only 100+MB.

    Not worried about bandwidth data, worried about player profile data. Will it be retained when deleting and reinstalling the app?

    Only reinstall if you have connected to iCloud / Google Play or Facebook etc, and know your account details or you run the risk of losing the account!

    I see. because I'm sure this games always ask for you account before you can even enter the games on the first place for it security measure. same phone, same apps store, same account .That why I said that. if not the cases, pardon me.
