    Just give tesla shield resistance like tesla bolt and rebuff frost, easy.

    I think I know what you're talking about, but it would be nice if you could explain how tesla shield resistance would / should work

    Lol yea I was joking about seeing how clear the idea could be with how short the post was. I'll explain the tesla shield resistence thing.

    When you use your tesla shield, using another one too rapidly should reduce its duration by half. This debuff should not be longer than the duration* of the first so that single tesla shield usage is not affected.

    Edit: I meant cooldown*
