    what if we brought back frost into this game, I mean to it’s almost full potential.

    Frost blaster used to be where if someone hit you, the time was divided in half

    So I’m offering you these two choices in this poll

    AND they nerfed frost torp damage :/ Why did they do 3 nerfs all at once on a combo?
    1. torp damage to frozen (talents halved)
    2. frost slow strength
    3. frost breaks on hit

    Yeah! People are calling for a defender buff, I’m like well we speeders are gonna need something to take down these defenders! Plus, speeders who have built up this combo, now have to go to the flare cannon combo, which means we are loosing progress!

    That's exactly what I did lol. Luckily for me I got up to a t3 epic ex cannon as f2p :)

    Forst torp is not coming back. Devs are convinced it is balanced. No point arguing on it. Nothing is going to change.

    I think there's already a thread on this topic.

    This is just my opinion, but I think cutting the duration in half like before would be fine considering frost already got those 2 other nerfs as well. Keep the other 2 nerfs and don't remove it after just 1 hit and it's a solid item that can't be complained about as much. It should still break in 1 hit from a frost-boosted weapon if it's a direct hit. The splash from a mortar/torpedo should have a smooth gradient between 100%-50% duration reduction.

    Improvements presuming frost blaster will be 1 shot break, WHICH i don't mind if it is made more easy to use

    1) Give frost blaster a curve, I think the curve similar to which sniper have would be fairly good

    2) The global cooldown should be cut to 0 secs, making big torp instant ready to fire before frost breaks

    3) A very simple one - - Why does battle bay baysics not involve teaching new players to never break frost or stun unless necessary. (If there is a video i might have neglected it,but there is no video please make sure players know a general ruler

    frost weapons werent even THAT good even when the time was halved. sure, some bonus damage and a semi guarantee hit, but not worth it in most cases (im talking about enforcer builds, where you could have a tesla item instead)
    but they are poop now. i just want them to go at least divide by 4 if anything, because they are dead right now.
    it should be a weapon that makes people want to fire at it to get a good shot, not just turn away from it and let ONE dude torp him/her/it #genderequality

    Debilitating is the word I'd use to describe it. You are first stunned so you can't return fire. Then you are frozen in place so you can't dodge. Then you see a big, yellow d**k flying through the water towards you and there is nothing you can do about it.

    I agree it needs rebuffing, but I have no experience with frost torp pre-frost nerf, so please don't take my comment personally @WaveRider_

    I do not understand if the frost is removed by one hit, then why did you need to cut the bonus to the damage? Here the flamethrower is understandable, you can shoot on fire many times and the fire will not be lost until the end of time!

    I propose the following solution, Frost gives 2 effects,
    1 slow the ship, the short disappears when the projectile hits the first time.
    2 frostbite, does not disappear when the projectiles hit the end of time, frostbite does not slow the ship, but gives a bonus to damage for torpedoes and mortar!

    I've heard this idea somewhere, it's definitely one of the best solutions I've encountered here. The slow should work like overboost, only slowing the affected target by the strongest slow in effect instead of stacking. Frostbite should still be removed by torps and mortars. There is also no need for it to stack as it does not have any effects. Now, here is an unanswered question about this idea: does the 50% healblock apply to the slow or frostbite?
