DMG less than shown

    I've a T2 epic blast cannon that does 598 DMG but as I battle I notice that it does only 574 DMG pls fix

    The defence causes a difference in optimum damage. There is also a +-10% of difference in every weapon's damage.

    What about my repair bolt supposed to do 780 does 380 when there is no frost or stun on them.

    Flare x2 ( 0.7x0.7 = 0.49 )
    And 0.49 * 780 is about 380
