Repair Bolt reduced when on target on fire?

    Hi All,

    I’ve noticed that repair bolt seems to heal for approx 40% less when the target is on fire is that right?

    Also if the target is stunned and you have the Felix training perk for repair bolt to clear that is it meant to still heal as well?

    And watch out, those flare guns stack! Also be aware that frost blast reduces healing by 50%
