Both really, but most recognized does not mean the best but someone u see contributing a lot and contributes good things, basically someone who makes the forums a good place to be.

 

To me, Miathan, Wishall, D3X, CheekyDevilGod, Grim, Pinecone, Miika, Zeus, AntiSnipe, Bittersteel, P0rthos, Har "smash till end", Captain Gilligan, flyingdoucheman, and several others are all legends.

Edit: Babablacksheep, Uerguy, Percy, and serval others won't be famous, because their friends, and too friendly to be celebrities.
