What level do I need to be to unlock T5 Railgun?

    Looked and looked but found nothing so far. Currently level 39, Dr Buzzkill is level 25 but I can't get higher than that until I level and I now have all my rails saved up to upgrade to Tier 5.

    Your level is already high enough (no level restrictions after lvl 35) to upgrade Dr. Buzzkill to lvl 28 but the problem here must be sugar capacity. But there are certain ways to overflow your sugar storage:

    1) You can use pearls to purchase remaining sugar after your storages are full.

    2) You can claim quest rewards to overflow your storages. When you have a full sugar storage, buy one common item from the shop and upgrade it to level 2. Now your sugar is little below the max capacity so you can claim the quest reward and your storages will overflow.
