2x Teir 2 rare swift torpedo help!

    As in the title I have two t2 rare torps that won't let me evolve it to t3, why?
    I have more than enough gold to buy one but I can't bc I already have it, I can't get another one from achievements bc that's how I got my second one to begin with.

    You actually don't need double t2 swift torps, you just need a lvl 1 rare swift torp duplicate.

    But is their a way I can combine the two to make it t3? I only made it t2 so I can get my torpedo achievement done quicker
