How To Fix The Explosive Cannon Nerf (wrong)

    Currently, the explosive cannon takes 14.4s to cooldown.
    The blast cannon takes 11.1s to cooldown.
    What if. The explsove cannon takes 1 slot. (op yet?)
    But then! the damage is nerfed by 40% (ouch?)
    Also, the cooldown is from 14.4=11.1s
    But, the explosion size is increased from 2=4. (more potential to hit multiple enemies)
    So, as a speeder you can use explosive cannon and big torpedo.
    Im a speeder mk5 with about 2100 hp. My big torpedo does 1485 damage. My explosive cannon does 604=362 (from nerf)
    My frozen torpedo does 1782. With 362=2144. That one cycle can kill a speeder!
    Or if Im trying to murder/sneak on a fixer I can more easily splash other ships.
    Buff or Nerf?

    The dmg of the explosive wasn't nerfed ...
