    This two for me, they just get stuck there and all I can do is restart the game.
    The rest of the ads have sound but all I see is a black screen.

    I have the same problem for 3 days know.....after battle i get stuck in commercial and I have to restart a game

    AGAIN AND AGAIN FOR EVERY 10 GAMES I AM GETTING 2 TIMES LOSS

    this weight loss ads.....

    all ads i am getting full black like this only....but only when i get this weight loss ad i am getting stucked loosing too much gold.

    Hey guys - some update: We've isolated an add that causes a lot of the issues and hopefully can have them fix it today.

    Other than that, please do keep posting in this format it's super helfpful:

    - Add name that causes issues
    - what issues it causes
    - your in game name, in case we need to check what occurs

    @AVID - this is not the right thread for general feedback. I will follow up on that but this thread is ONLY about troubles with Advertisements in game.

    today i lost many 40+k gold getting 24k only...
    these ads all got compromised...
    by the way i am getting all ads like this black only...with audio...and no video....

    I got an ad like this while pearl grinding two days ago. I spam-tapped, and the ad played! Have you tried that?

    Im not getting the extra bonus after the battle.
    Im not getting that ads to get that extra bonus .
