And before you direct me to the General FAQ, i read it, I tried it, it didnt work. Because iCloud says “no no, this is your save game.” And puts it back no matter if i tell it not to restore. Even tried fresh install with a new Apple ID. So, lets talk about how the hell you’re supposed to recover from account rending mistakes? Months and months of time? Possibly spend money? Thays sounds scammy, friends.

You made a great game. But little oversights like that will put your company in a hole.

 

I would love an option that let's let reset your account back to captain lv 1 and start from scratch again but doing so deletes ALL your current data forever. However, you can restore all your past pearl purchases if you reset. Though this option should only be allowed once the player reaches lv 30-40 so to prevent abuse. Honestly everyone made mistakes of scrapping like a madman when they shoulda been hoarding, for people who paid lots of money this reset acc and restore purchases options would be a life saver and keep me playing for a long damn time.
