I lost a legendary and a rare because of this

i was moving items around in my inventory space when suddenly the item diassapeared. Now of course I looked where I picked it up from in my inventory, but when I did, it wasn’t there. I had a tier four rare fire bomb that i was pretty proud, I was moving it to a lower part of my storage space, when I let it go, it disappeared. I looked everywhere for it, couldn’t find it. Then, recently I just got my second legendary, it was a blast cannon. The same thing happened, my precious legendary disappeared! A legendary! I don’t know if it is server lag or something, but I’m mad, cause i spent money to get it, so I want it back!

It happens when you open alot of epic containers or something too. Just restart your app.

Does the item count at the bottom still display accurately?

 

when a item desappear i restart the app and there is. sometimes takes long but never happened with useful weapons only with commons after open a free crate

 

I checked that out, and it displays a number that is one bigger than the actual amount of items in my inventory. However, when I log of and then get back on, it corrects itself, and i don’t know where the hell it went.

 

That's weird, I hope a developer can help you out because that seems to be infuriating.

I was thinking that the cannon glitched our or something, I checked to see if that happened with my fire bomb too, by the way, those torps are gone, . I also did try to restart the game, phone, and app. But nothing is working. I’m scared to move anything in my inventory.

Did you check on all your boats? Sometimes if you drag outside the inventory, it will jump onto a ship.

What?! You know, it could just be bad connection. I have poor WiFi in my area so maybe that’s it. I get kicked out of games because of it for no reason.
