Enforcer balancing.

    Three 1 point WEAK weapons. Or sacrifice thst slot and use a 2 point item even though it would be smarter to use a speeder at that point. Mk 5 ships are predominantly shooters and speeders for a reason. All other ships aren't as viable in comparison. Defender is too slow, Fixer is team dependant most of the time, and enforcer has the worst slot point distribution. The highest Mk 5 enforcers don't even use thst 4th point and got so high mostly because of the level of their gear since skill can't get you everywhere

    No question Enforcer MK5 is a joke compared to the nicely balanced Speeder. A MK5 Speeder can equip a 2 point red, 2 point blue, and a 2 point yellow item at MK5 (if you sacrifice one of the 3 yellow slots, but Enforcer only has 2 in the first place).

    A nicely balanced enforcer could do better than a speeder, it all depends on who's driving

    A better overboost!

    Maybe add in a new speed boost that boosts turning agility, speed, acceleration, and turret agility. That could probably balance out the mk5 enforcer and open up a new world of possibilities for mk6.

    It would turn into the gear lube and rudder of yellow items sadly, if theres a passive item that does this and isn't used, the same thing would happen if it was an active Item

    enforcer should have 3 blue slots as shooters n speeders have it will be definetly balanced then

    Look man its not about that.The problem lies in slot distribution.Speeder has best speed and turning ability.
    Now somebody on this thread pointed out that enforcer has best turret agility and acceleration.As mk5 enforcer has base speed of .88 ,Accelration is useless.Its like saying My has car has better acceleration than a Ferrari but it can only go up to 20mph.
    3rrr is fine as enforcer will be op if it can equip 2 slot weapons.The problem is at mk5 where it is the worst.It is just sad for a support boat and one meant to contain the enemy.There are many compromises to be made at mk5 and it would be better if they did something about it.

    If you mean slots, forget it. Then a slot should be added to all ships. If you are talking about slot points, then also a slot point should be taken away.

    I just pointed out that the enforcer hasn't faster turning speed compared to speeder, as an user stated.

    To be clear, Speeder MK5 has 2 "slots" and 3 "points" for those slots. The near unanimous proposal, is to match the blue "point" configuration for MK5 Enforcer to MK5 Speeder/Shooter which would bring it into balance. Pulling 1 yellow point to do that is easy, as hardly anyone uses all 4 yellow points.

    enforcer already have 1 slot yellow less than speeder

    I think the most reasonable change is to make the yellow slots 4YYY instead of the current 4YY. This way you can still run any setup already possible, but have the option of shield and two 1 point items. Mk5->Mk6 would still feel nice for the extra point in yellow and blue.
