Deceleration effect of carronade

    Raising the quality of Swift should slow down by 70%, but at present it is not working at all.

    Agreed. Right now carronade slow down isn't anything more that cute visual effect. It's not worth sacrificing 5% speed and carronade range for it.

    Exactly. But is not this a bug? There is no point in using ca rronade if there is no deceleration effect

    Yes you right guys. I've tested this just now and my carronades does'nt slow as it should. I used a green frost blaster with %28 slow effect and my friend told me it is slowing down little more than carronade with %50 slow effect. There is definitely a problem here.

    I also verified with a custom match. As a result, it is obviously not slowing down by 70%. 70% is equivalent to Frostblaster, but it is clearly different.

    Maybe talents work like this

    30% base
    Next 20% talent is multiplied not added

    So
    30% * 1.2 = 36%
    Then for next talent
    30% * 1.4 = 42%

    Not
    30% + 20% = 50% // 50% +20% = 70%

    But that's trash, it's already stupid hard to get in range without attracting the attention of the entire team of unfriends, it should be that rewarding 70%

    I agree, as of right now it feels like a wimpy 40% speed reduction so it's hard to justify the talent tree for them when you could have extra speed the whole game and a little more range

    With carronade hard to get close, yes. But %70 just a too powerful value. I use dual carronades so i can deal damage continuous. If it were %70,they wouldnt even move. I think %50 or 55 solid slow should be enough.
