Weapons bug that i am ignoring for long time

    Hi folks
    For long there is one bug thats irritating me to the core. My all weapons doing less damage...... Like my Ex cannon base dmg is 990 but it doing less dmg like 900-919 dmg like this most of the time , my blast cannons base dmg is 994 but it also doing less dmg like 900-910.....its really irritating....my frnd have same level weapon and he getting more dmg then the base dmg of hes ex cannon and other weapons , i wanted to check our weapons dmg so we played in custom battle.....so whats wrong with my weapons ??? Who else facing this bug??? Plzz fix it ....i am sure its happening with many players ....

    A] Defence will affect damage
    B] Excannon classifies as "splash damage", so if your friend has a high level Mortimer, that will affect it as well.
    C] There's a +-10% damage to all weapons. It's random.

    It's not a bug. All weapons deal damage within approximately +/- 10 % range from normal damage. So your EC with 990 damage can hit anything between ~900-1100.

    Ok but 80% time iam getting less damage between -100 -130 damage, 10% time getting i think +10% dmg, its effecting on my infamy
