I need a solid answer from devs

People say dont create threads like this. Sorry but i have to im at 3k plus and its now been nearly 4 months since im playing with my lv10 rare flaregun i cant get even 1 dupe . Since i scraped my all weapons for some personal reasons im struggling to keep up at 3k infamy . I need a solid answer from devs on why i cant get a dupe of a rare weapon since its been 4 months i cant wait any more

Im f2p and yeah sacrifice for me too (lol) . And i might wait up 1 month thats will be my final waiting after that i quit

Curiously, rare flaregun is also something I never seem to get duplicates of. That and rare Overboost.

I’m pretty sure I’ve scrapped flares in the past, but I’ve used Overboost since I was running uncommons, and I’ve only ever had 3 (and I think I bought my first one).

I’ve had two epic OBs in that time. If I had the parts and sugar to combine them, I’m pretty sure a t2 Epic would be better than the one I’ve got.

I tend to scrap all other rares now. Everything else I might use, I’ve either got 6 of, or already have Epics at a t2+.

 

As grim said it ALL depends on your luck. For example, i've been waiting for my 4th epic rail but getting other unwanted epic reds since a long time (around 8-9 epic items scrapped) but looking at the good side, i just got 5 rare explosive cannon duplicates within 2 days. Yes 5 of the same species in two days. How?
Well first of all it depends on how many rares you acquire per day. For me the number is around 4-6 (including star crate luck, quest 12/18 crates, sunday box) rares per day as i scrap a lot of commons and usually a wield of 1000k gold yields atleast 10 rare pieces. If you scrap enough, you have a shit ton of parts and pieces.

That is one tip for getting rares easily. Also there is always a chance to get better stuff, like legendary pieces too.


You just have to be patient and keep on grinding though as i know being f2p 90% of the time waiting for dupes suck.

Most humans have a very mistaken idea of what "random" means. That's why if you ask a group of humans to write down a random series of 1's and 0's it's instantly detectable as a human construct and not random. Streaks of "good luck" and "bad luck"... sometimes long ones... are a common feature in a random set.

The game chose to give me 6 blast cannons and 5 flares almost instantly. Too bad I was running a shooter at the time. It gave me lots of other worthy stuff too. What it refuses to give me is another turbo of either rare or epic grade.

Such is the nature of random systems so I build with what I have.

 

WOah i struggle to keep on to rare parts. I have way too many epic parts- around 2000 compared to 0 rare, 0 uncommon and 0 common parts.
