    Help me Obi-wan....

    OK, back when I was in a rowboat using a pistol as a weapon I remember reading a thread where the OP went into great detail, weapon by weapon, regarding the strengths and weaknesses and perks available. Anyone have that bookmarked? I can't find it and I have perk questions.
