As I said, it's a casual guild but it'd sure be nice if you can try to maintain as much of a stock of alternate weapons and ships as you're able and then get on what guild quests you can as time allows. Out of 25 people about 5 participate and 3 strongly. Getting another rivalry participant would be awesome even if it's only 500 or 1000 points.
At our guild level -- being a casual, open guild -- 10 quests wins. Heh, last week I think even 1 quest would've given us the gold (we cleared the easy board). It's typical that 3 or so of our competitors get 0 quests. So in a sense it's easy pickings and the more of us who help the easier it is. Be warned. For me at least, questing messes with my learning curve. My boat (and yours) involves a lot of situational awareness and precision use. Swapping out to alternate weapons and boats really sets me back in terms of learning curve. I have to play by instant, instinctual reaction and that takes a serious hit when my combat platform changes all the time. This week I'm not touching the quest board because I couldn't even dream of doing that AND hitting master league (I did, however, get in about 29,900 points in sniper LOL)
But man... epics....
