Ace 1 - to push now or not?

    I am at 3500 infamy (my highest this season) at Ace 1. I am wondering if I push to about 3900 will I be put into a more specific ace 1 group in the next season who are also around the higher part of Ace 1 or will I compete against 3000 players too?

    All infamy brackets outside of Nightmare are randomly assigned. Sometimes you get a crew of ringers where breaking 4K won't even put you in top 50, other times only half a dozen players get that far.

    Just keep playing if you're still winning.

    Idk about that, I'm pretty sure you are placed alongside players of similar infamy. At least this is my experience. I once dropped 600 infamy and was placed in an Ace 1 league with all players within 100 or so infamy of my current infamy, then I was able to win the season after getting to 4k. So it's not always a bad thing that you drop a load of infamy at the end of seasons just before restart.
