    Yeah, that might need some tweaking. Maybe make the store different for each member based on his/her league?

    Yeah... something like that. I think it's enough to note that it'll need fine tuning. Rovio has the actual data and can tune accordingly.

    I have always liked it when various games introduced some way to mitigate the RNG. Sometimes it's nice to have a "plan B" when it isn't working out the way it's supposed to. The thing about RNG systems is that they are random.... meaning there will always be the segment of the player base that gets a raw deal. The system doesn't even need to completely mitigate the randomness. For instance, what if you could purchase something which, for one week, substantially increased the odds that any weapon you got of whatever grade would be a blast cannon. The item disappears at the end of the week.

    If Rovio doesn't want to make it quite as straight-forward as your suggestion there are middle grounds that might appeal to them.

    No there should be even a small chance- on a board of twelve- 11 can be weapons and the last piece a legendary piece

    My guess is this will really boil down to whether Rovio wants legendaries to be the exlusive domain of the whales or do they want F2P players to occasionally get a weak one.

    Right... the system is currently built for whales to use legendaries while everyone else gets to work on epics. As such legendaries have lost their luster with me because I'm 100% confident in the current system I won't be evolving any legendaries in my BB lifetime.

    I'm pretty much a brand new player but it didn't take long for me to realize that legendaries were for the whales. For me, E50 is the best I can expect. That all being said, the whales need some reason to pay all that money. Their primary motivation is to have unbalanced fights where they can squash the F2P players. I'm happy to be a target for them it if makes them happy so long as it isn't a constant state of affairs.

    Battle Bay already has a shop feature where you can spend extra pearls for a 1/3 chance of getting your desired item. The black market makes it a guarenteed chance of getting an item. The only difference is that your idea uses raffle tokens, while Battle Bay's feature uses pearls. So overall, its a good idea (if the prices were changed)

    hmmm this is tricky, you may be able to get the duplicates you want faster but so does everybody else. randomness and chance is the biggest factor in this game

    Yes! But rovio won't implement it because it will make the average f2p a lot more powerful. If not they will make guild tokens much tougher to get.
