Star crates (like old days)

    When I play battle bay, I usually earn 1 star crate a day. They cost 15 stars each. Each star costs 8 pearls. This means that it costs 120 pearls for 2 uncommons, 120!! I would defininetly change it to 10 stars. Also, remember when you could buy common, rare, and epic star crates?[​IMG]
    *insert nostalgia here :(*
    What if the devs change it back to where you could buy these crates again. (reprice them:))

    The issue with nostalgia is that it often forgets the facts. For example in this case the old star boxes had very low changes of getting higher rarity items compared to currently. I'm talking about an order of magnitude difference or more. You would have had to open 10 blue boxes for the same change of an epic than from a single current blue box.

    Can we have weighted crates then? Basically, probabilities increase as we change leagues. Because man, getting commons from free crates may be okay with me, but the uncommons from the 15* crate? Just no. Please consider the fact that too few people use uncommons past Ace. Also consider that uncommon parts and cells are useless past Master, since we get a ton of gold per match(thanks to the superb bonuses) and usually buy our parts from the store.

    I would like it if Ace got much better drop rates for rares. Increase the star requirement if you guys want to. Make it a 30-45 star box. But make it so that something like 3-4 openings give us a rare for sure.

    I don't think they'll give anything that will hurt the pearl sale. It's an unwritten rule here in this game, if you want something nice, you gotta grind or cash out some monies for pearls.
