    mines turn white but just when my phone gets hot
    but with half resolution it is much more better give it a try
    i know you didnt say your device is low on CPU ... but it might help

    Have you tried using "Force 4xMSAA"? It's in Developer options, might help, since you have a draw problem with the engine.

    Just tried, happened after my first game. Used to only happen rarely and I'd restart, now after the update it happens regularly

    Your device is running out of memory and it can't allocate randomly some textures so it ends up just showing black. Try booting the whole phone to free up memory.
