Tokens not being added on raffles

This happened last night and just now. I had around 9000+ tokens and then drew and it landed on 7000 tokens. The next draw my tokens when down 6000+. The numbers are off but they weren't added. One more draw and i was done. Last night i had 20K or so in tokens, won the 10,000 and they also weren't added. You guys need to look into this and restore the tokens we legitimately won and didn't receive. It's easy to view my account and see what I'm saying is accurate. The numbers are off slightly. Please.

Before anyone says that the system knows and adds them while i'm not looking, I was looking. It did not add them.

 

FTW I was too wondering why I am exhausting my tokens so early one of my friend also told the same issue.

 

That's because they're not being added. I think the 3500 ones are, but not the 7000 and 10500 ones.

 

The moment you press draw and tokens or pearls are added, so before it even lands on it, it already shows that amount in your count.

 

Nope. I was low enough that i was watching. I knew where i started. We had just cleared the board. The 10K would have been a big bounce in the amount. You didn't see it, so don't tell me different. And because it happened last night, I paid attention this time. Before i hit draw i looked at the amount. It never changed or went up by 10K.

You didn't bother reading what I wrote before commenting. I specifically addressed your comment in my OP in the 2nd paragraph.

 

As far as I know there is no accurate report of a player not receiving the reward they landed on. 100% of the time the player was unaware of the rewards being given as soon as they tap spin (which you said wasn't the case) or for some reason the player did not notice them receiving the reward and mistakenly thought they should have more tokens than they do.

Whatever the case is, a dev could tell you.

They might answer you here or if you want to make sure your case being reviewed you can make a report here rov.io/support, for a definite answer.

 

I specifically watched. I knew what I started with, how low i got before winning the 10K and where i should have been afterwards. I never rose the extra 10K last night or the 7K today.

 

Might be an idea to start recording your raffle draws.
