    I know it can't only be me, right?!

    How many people are tired of having your marked target blocked by a killed opponents name or ally popping up on the screen?
    You're trying to get a clean life-or-death shot and (especially if the target is far off) this crap happens. You can't properly see the enemy, know if there changing direction. :mad:

    once someone is dead the ships at the top of the screen darken, that's enough to let you know.
    There's no need for this stupid inconvenience.

    Is there a way this can be changed by notification?

    You're not alone. This happens to me all the time, and it seems to have gotten worse with all of the "nice shot" and other pop-ups. I don't mind the extra info of the pop-ups, but they show up right in the middle of aiming. Might be worse on a phone rather than a pad, but I'm not sure.

    You can turn the pop-ups off in your ingame settings.

    That's good news! I'm guessing it is the "Show Battle Highlights" option. Always wondered what that was about. Thanks for the info.
