    Maybe you could use coloured dots to represent each weapon with a key, so we could get a better overview of cooldown vs DPS.

    Very interesting. First I suggest you change the thread title. "Check this out" is very click bait-y. How about "Comparison of weapon DPS and cooldown". Boring I know, but will allow people to find the post in the future. What Captain level are you too? So people have a sense for where your training is at.

    Now onto the content, I would have thought the curve would be more linear with the higher DPS having the longer cooldowns. Wonder if there is some way to weigh the table to ACTUAL DPS. We know that the DPS for weapons with multi-shots (trip, carronade, missles) is based on ALL shots hitting, which can skew things a little. And as usual, napalm somehow shows the highest DPS but we all know targets move.

    Training and perks can have a big impact on these. I would love to see a chart like this with end game levels.

    Highest DPSs: Napalm (inc) and Mine (other)
    Torps from Highest to Lowest DPS: TriTorp - BigTorp - SwiftTorp
    "Others" from lowest to highest CD: Carronade - Grenade - Missiles - Railgun
    Mortars from highest to lowest DPS: Std (has lowest CD than shown) - LRM - Berta (Hidden behind Missiles) - Ballpark
    Cannons from highest to lowest DPS: Std - Explosive - Blast - Sniper
