Tesla Bolt

    I have a 8.6s Tesla Bolt and I see that it only does half duration when I hit the same target for the 2nd time. How long do I have to wait before I hit again to inflict 100% duration to the same target? And can defense points on my target reduce its duration?

    If you're stun is 8.6 seconds the enemy u hit will be given a stun resistance for 15.2 seconds (twice the stun duration) and during this time stun will be weakened. So once it's over it'll be back to full time

    I guess in battle time is sped up. I've become pretty good and waiting for the resistance to wear off then hitting again for 10.4 seconds. It doesn't feel like the resistance is 18.4 seconds. o_O

    A tip here, a tiny detail actually: the stun shield is visible as "arcs of electricity" on the stun-shielded ship. Look for that to run out, then you'll get full stuns.
