    @Joeyaa As i mentioned earlier epic and legendary are scaled much better than rare,Just like OB ,nitro and turbo


    Epic Lvl 30 turbo is as good as Rare lvl 50.

    Yes but every max rare is as effective as a lvl 1 legendary.

    You can check with all items besides Tesla Shield. This is because an earlier nerf to all Tesla Shields was not implemented into legendary Tesla Shield by mistake.

    I also compared Epic max to rare max,The difference is too wide.

    Its clear rare tesla shied is bugged,Epic is quite fine

    I'll do a stats check via shop in a bit comparing multiple items rare and epic and see if Tesla Shield follows the pattern. It too may have not gotten the 9% nerf
