Game refuses to start!

    As soon as I tap the icon of BB, the screen goes black for 2 seconds then return to menu!
    And this goes on like a loop! But the game doesn't start! :(
    Things I've already tried:
    1. Reinstall the game
    2. Force stop then launch
    3. Check my WiFi (seems stupid but what's wrong with trying)

    So bb doesn't support custom ROM?.
    Did u try clearing game cache.?

    I've had similar issue going back 2 updates. Takes about 5 times to open battle bay on Galaxy S7 edge.

    Game cache is cleared when you uninstall then reinstall.

    Negative, data is not cleared upon reinstall, you actually need to go and clear the cache to clear previous data configuration.
