Item disappeared. Seriously. HELP.

My bolt disappeared.

This morning at 12:32am PST, I combined 10 epic green pieces and received an epic bolt. I’m a fixer in addition to shooter and I was ecstatic. I already had a level 20E bolt and this would take me to 30E. However, I didn’t have 375K gold on hand to combine yet, so I placed my new bolt in my inventory. This morning, I log into the game and it’s gone. The spot where it was in my inventory is empty. It's not equipped. It is nowhere to be found.

I know you're thinking one of three things:

1. This guy accidentally scrapped his bolt and thinks it disappeared. If that was the case, I would have epic parts as a result of scrapping it. I have 3 epic parts. Same as I had before I combined. This was not scrapped.
   
   
2. Maybe he had a dream he did a combine and didn’t do it in reality. If that was the case I would still have 10 epic green pieces. I have no epic green pieces. I definitely combined them. (EDIT: I now have 1 epic green piece that I received from the raffle).
   
   
3. Maybe someone accessed his account and scrapped the item. If that happened, I would still have received the epic parts from them scrapping it. That did not happen.

I combined this while fleeting with @YourDomina and talked about it in my chat with her (which is why I know exactly what time it was). I was so excited. I scrapped my rare bolt because I received this epic bolt. I received the parts from scrapping that bolt.

As I see it, it should be obvious to Rovio if they look into this that something went wrong.

• There should be a record of me having 9 epic green pieces until early am this morning.
  
  
• There should be a record of me getting my 10th epic green piece.
  
  
• There should be a record of a combine resulting in a bolt.
  
  
• There should be a record of it arriving in my inventory.
  
  
• There should be a record of me scrapping my rare bolt.
  
  
• There can’t be a record of me scrapping a bolt or 10 epic pieces.
  
  
• There should be able to see a consistent device ID (I use my iPhone) and IP address associated with this account. Between this morning at around 1am PST and 9am PST.

I submitted a ticket and received what looked to be a standard copy-paste reply saying "the game system is built to be fail-safe" and something like this can't happen and to see if someone else had access to my account. After submitting the ticket and getting that form-reply, I don't know where to turn to get some help, so I'm posting here.

Someone from the game, please help. I'm just asking you to look at the logs that you have for my account. It can't add up. I can't be out of the pieces I used to combine, the combined item, and any resources I would have received for scrapping the combined item. All of those cannot be true without something wrong happening.

This happened several months ago with a standard shield. I was pissed. I submitted a ticket. Same form response. Didn't follow up. Nothing happened, but I came back to the game.

Now this.

I can’t play a game that randomly disappears my stuff with no way to fix it. It’s beyond unfair. I can't do this.
Any help that anyone can provide to get this resolved is appreciated.

Yep. I can confirm all of this.

 

How?

 

We're guild mates and fleet partners and I was along for the entire ride with in-game and Slack chat and screenshots.

Was also there for the shield incident earlier this year.

 

The funny thing is, everything is handled by servers, so if it "disappeared" stuff would have disappeared for others. So you scrapped it or you're lying.
