Nerf sniper!!!

And also those people who are are in nightmare league and ask for nerfs or are against nerf I would suggest open new account try those items at mid rare level or early epic level and then make your statements.

 

Again, why not just remove all sniper crit perks and keep the all cannon crit perks. That would reduce max crit chance to 33%. A perfectly reasonable and fair Nerf. Please like this comment so devs can see.

 

Removing Sniper Crit chance perks is the only fair and reasonable Nerf for snipers. People on this thread are calling for ridiculous nerfs to make sniper absolutely worthless. Reducing to 33% is fair because the base crit is already so high. To balance they can add more base dmg to the sniper.

Do you guys really think adding more Base damage to sniper and reducing sniper crit from 45% to 33% is unfair? 33% is more than enough, no need to be greedy here. I won't support any other nerf because that apart from this snipers would become obsolete. I want to hear you guys thoughts, care to expand?

 

I completely agree with you suzay. It's a pure joke. This week I got hit by 3 sniper crits in a row (I couldn't see my opponents - neither avoid the shots). it let me with less than 1000 hp (I have 7181hp).

Oh by the way, I got a sreenshot... on non burning target. 2269 hp.

 

What kind of crap is this, upon seeing this they definitely need to remove sniper specific crit perks.
I want to emphasize one thing though, DO NOT nerf crit chance by reducing crit chance from Talent tree. Nerf by removing the ridiculous 7.5% perks. Nerfing through talent tree destroys the versatility of a sniper and makes everyone run even 4.5% crit perks to make up for no bonus crit from talent tree.

 

I don't think we need to Nerf it so that point blank and close range has no crit chance. Once they remove 45% crit chance perks it will be much less annoying. If you want it to not crit at all close range then I argue all cannons should not be able to. A blast cannon or ex cannon with 4 epic crit perks is just as annoying as a sniper at point blank.

 

Let’s nerf all direct weapons.
All target weapons - sniper blast explosive railgun etc should have lower dmg.
How can a bullet be stronger than a mortar, a torp or a mine while having lower cooldown and longer range!

 

Do not nerf anything about Sniper. It was already nerfed. No. Just no.

Mine is 5000+ what are you guys talking about.
Big torp is 2500
Ex cannon is 1600
Blast cannon is 1100
Sniper is 700 (crit is 2000)
Cannon is 600

So yeah I think the fact that sniper crits so often is not fair. REMOVE all sniper crit chance perks. Leave just regular cannon crit chance. That's more than fair enough. DONT touch the talent tree.

 

Just about every sniper I see hits harder than my legendary big torp (2010).

 

Sniper crit chance need to be reduced. Sniper crit 7.5% should not exist. 4.5% cannon crit perks are enough. If they need to Nerf it further then nerf base dmg. Just don't touch the god damn talent tree.

Just get rid of the sniper crit dmg in talent trees, and limit crit to 30%
