Tesla bolt bug?

*soon* doesn't imply over a week, the people in this thread are fed up and going to rage if you guys don't reply. The issue doesn't even need to be fixed yet, all you guys need to do is address it officially.

 

Here you go view from another speeder angle which clearly shows he didn't used his stun it was I who stunned the enforcer.

 

I found that wierd too but this below pic of another player will confirm that the fixer was on cooldown but his items were not on cd which is wierd

Here rng benjen was.stunned and couldn't shoot the enemy but his items were not on cooldown during that time but he cleary couldn't shoot the enemy.

So when a player is stunned and his items are not shown on cd is that bug too ?

 

Seem the use or the talent is to stop pulse heqlling like flares gun does kinda .

 

The replay only shows cooldown, not stun cool down. If you get what I'm trying to say.

 

Ok then it solves the problem.

Flare reduces healing by 30% every heal.

 

This bug is costing me matches The defender was 1 hit way in 2v1 match kept receiving bolts despite being stuned finally killing me.

Anything? A confirmation would also do if it's a bug or not.

 

Here the summation of all the above problems with tesla bolt
1. It does not block repair via bolt whether talent no 25 of felix is equipped by fixer or not.
2. It does not block repairing via box to any ships.
3. It does not block repairing via bandage.
So basically out of 5 items of healing a ship tesla bolt only blocks two that are pulse and duct tape.
This has made the matchups with teams having two fixer quite a pain to deal with.
@devs is this a bug or not ?
If not then change the description of tesla bolt talent under dr buzzkill.
It has already been 3 weeks since I posted this thread can I get an answer?
And one more question does the flare gun and frost blaster also don't have any effect on the above 3 mentioned source of healing?

 

Okay i spotted one bug a long time ago,Still not fixed

When you fire your projectile exactly the same time the enemy fires bolt,The shot is not counted and you end up being stunned.

And as soon as stun is over,Your weapon is ready to fire without reaload

The amount of time that thing cost me a match

 

Yes I have seen that countless times when I shoot and get stunned shot is never registered I see all animation of explosion but no damage dealt.

Aye, My tesla only seems to block repair on fixers or pulse on others.

 

We need to block any forms of healing. Fixers need to be able to feel the wrath of yellow boats. They already have low defense most of the time. So a heal block is essential to A successful yellow boat.

Plus I have been really looking forward to a tesla. Heal block. Not getting it if all I get is 14% heal block. It's states all repairs.
