    Thats because your drop in infamy has flagged you up as an "infamy tanker", where you lose a lot of infamy for easy wins.
    As a result your account is being punished with a reduction in ingredients and stars.
    Only way to get things back to normal is to rise back up in infamy back to near where you was before it dropped so dramatically.

    I know.. now I'm trying very hard to catch up. But having difficulties because sometimes friendly mates using level 1 weapon to battle just coz guild quest... will be very difficult to catch up

    I know its frustrating, but the fact its a harsh punishment and hard to rectify is actually a good deterrent for future, just keep going and you will get there!
    You know you already have the ship / weapons to get there as you did it in the first place ;)

    There is a 50/50 chance that the level one weapon is in the other team so in long run that should not affect your infamy. Just keep playing as well as you can and you will rise!

    Your performance doesnt affect anything, you will only get stars again once you are within 800 of your highest infamy.

    So even if you do 100k damage pentakill, you still wont get any stars.
