Tesla stun bug?

I know someone created thread about this and I tried finding it but I wasn't successful.
I have proof that tesla stun does not block entire healing despite having the talent activated for it. Here let me show you.
See the enforcer was stunned and still managed to recieve repair bolt heal.

 

There is a talent for the repair bolt that removes stun.

 

Removes and heals? Both or just removes and no heals? I don't know

Idk if they count it as a bug,But you can take a repair box too when you are stunned

 

No see the stun wasn't removed watch closely. After I stick him with flare then the stun was removed.

But the talent exclusively mentions blocks all repairs that includes tape pulse box bolt and bandage. It doesn't mentions any exceptions.

 

Yeah I mentioned it that in thread I wasn't able to find the thread so created a new one.
@The Grim Repair you can either merge threads or delete the duplicate. Anything you seem fit to do.

Nah it doesn't works that way. Keeping all discussions cramped in 1 thread means devs can read all at once not flicking through every thread and keeping track of things better keep every thing in one thread only.
