Switching to Speeder

    I am a Mk4 Def at Captain Lvl 23, and I am thinking about speeding. I know very little about it except all my friends do it. And the Defender life is a bit boring, 'cause with my speed, the battle is half over before I get there, only got two things to use, it's slow, isn't very exciting, there is a gargantuan dearth of speed, it is blue

    and the forward momentum is questionable. The speeder on the other hand, is fast, has yellow items, it's agility is not questioned, its maneuvering is expeditious
    ,
    and all my friends play it (@TheAntiSnipe, @Percy_Jackson_4 [that is all my friends :(]) you get the point. So, here is my inventory.

    What should I do? What types of speeders are there? What should an ex-def play? What is good for my inventory?

    P.S. About my infamy, I was working on guild quests and trying out speeder, and, lets just say, I lost. My top infamy is around 850.

    As an ex-def, you are in for a treat. You're going to need to walk away from your cannons, move to something with a little more punch. As an ex-standard cannon user, this eliminates the possibilty for frost+torp, that just won't work for you. This leaves me with standard bigtorp+blast(assassin+assault), blast+flare(assassin), double swiftorp(early game only, distraction), sniper+carro(highly effective as an anti-speeder, but you'll have only one long range weapin, not recommended) or the double cannon distraction(not much use late-game).

    But I have some good news. You won't have to worry about weapons till you can effectively pilot the speeder. So I suggest cannons, then moving up to whatever you like. Let me warn you, you're the softest target on the bay, expect your K/D ratio to go to s#!t, train Swift well, get 1.5 speed ASAP. No mortars till mk4-mk5. I would suggest no mortars at all, were it not for a particular @mortar God

    Blast+Big torp or blast+mines... with mines you wanna get through the map quickly and place them strategically, you are at low infamy so players are probably gonna run into them if you place them smart. With big torps you are just gonna have to get used to them and leading your torps.

    Evolve that lovely explosive cannon and that impressive blast cannon. For yellow items, overboost and nitro/stun and for blue items, turbo and small shield/bandage. I'm not sure which style this is but stay back until you see a dude separating, then rush in, take him out, and get the hell out before anyone notices. Boom! You're a speeder now.

    the hell are u a whale or something because how do u have tier 2 epics at 500 infamy, i want all those items pls. As i am f2play i scrap everything and then when swapping ship realise that i needed those items

    You could also try explosive cannon and mines. That would work too

    Use tesla shield in mk4 while you can,GREAT ADVANTAGE.Then you wont be able to use it until mk6(in mk5 a slot will go to waste since it is 1YYY )
