Frost 50% & Flare Gun 30% repair debuff issue

Should heal debuffs be more balanced?

    In the game it's normal to get hit by multiple Frost or flare guns. However, the heal debuffs are stacking and are equating a 100%+ heal block like Tesla stun except it lasts even though you are getting hit. This is getting abused alot and I think it needs to be more balanced. Thank you devs

    EDIT: Video evidence now available

    You can clearly see in the video my normal heal is over 100, hit with one flare reduces to around 75, when 2 flares stacks it's below 50.

    Just buff duct tape heal amount by 1000% because it's the tape itself that is EXTREMELY underpowered then every thing will be fine:rolleyes::rolleyes:

    Bump, Video evidence of debuff stacking coming shortly. I'm not bullshitting here, just like the Tesla bolt bug i exposed, there are so many hidden but ridiculously unfair bugs in this game it makes fixer like glass. And it's not even capable of glass cannon at mk5 and below.

    They have been pretty consistant with nerfing fixers anytime it has been remotely close to the top classes in performance -- If they fix(/change) this, they will just find another way to ensure that there arent more than 1-2 fixers in the top 50.

    I didn't think fixer could be nerfed so hard. Nerfed as in so many ways to block healing to 100%. For the fixer and the team. Guess if they don't patch it we have to fight stun with stun
