    If you attach a perk example A perk which increases movement speed of torpedo and then add another perk to another torpedo and then combine these two, what will the total perk increase be on the torpedoes?

    No, they will not. If you are talking about rares just take the perk off the lower level then add when you have them combined

    You just end up with one perk, and the other perk is destroyed, same as if you scrapped the weapon it was on.

    About that , why is there not at least a warning when u scrap a item with a perk on because sometimes i lose epic perks i could have got 400k gold from

    yes maybe it has something to do with the three second wait thing, maybe perks have a message like an item that has been unleveled

    Yes. It was from the new update. You will now get a 3 second timer when attempting to scrap an item which is leveled (level 2+ any rarity), equipped onto a ship or has a perk equipped :)

    Why would you equip a perk on item you are about to scrap. Even if you salvage the perk and scrap, it will cost you 25 pearls. Keep the non useful epic perk as a balance, if any good thing appears in shop and you don't have enough gold, sell the perk.
    (keep 35 inventory slots minimum, just in case it gets full. 45 would be ideal)
