    Power cells seem to be practically useless since you cant even buy them and aren't able to be used unless your evolving an item. No one should be using commons and uncommons late game and some even manahe without rares. Getting powercelld in calender and raffle is also a complete letdown. Imo they should be removed, traded in for pieces or parts, or recycleable.

    Hardly useless....lack of RARE power cells constantly keeps me from evolving items. It takes me a week to earn 20 of them, and a month for RNG to give me enough to evolve to a single T4 item. It's a terrible bottleneck considering the thousands of command and uncommon power cells I have lying around.... impossible to earn, and impossible to buy.
