Can't watch Ads for bonus rewards

    this happens to me alot of times. reboot doesn't help so what i do is clear data of the app (android). works 100% of the time.

    if you are on android, clear data of your battle bay app and it will fix it. iOS, if they have something similar, i think will work too

    Still dont fix it. I try clear data app/ reinstal game/ device restart .. no one helps . Please fix this bug faster , if dont fix it i stop playing too. Good luck rovio

    It's ok rovio, take your time. This only affects the players who don't buy vip so yea... no rush at all :)

    Happen to me since 16 oct night my local time, until now 18 oct morning. Some say in other thread its my network/ping. But i dont fell lag when im playing, rebbot the game and my phone, its doesnt work too.


    Ps. I try you way, by delete app data on my android but stil dont work, i cant see a adv, and i dont get any pearl since 16 oct night :(

    Same here, im already reply post in same issue thread in general discusion, already change my provider network, already delete app data on my android still no adv and no pearls :(

    Please fix this issue, it has already cost me hundreds of thousands in gold and sugar and 100's of pearls. C'mon Rovio, get after it!

    No idea what's going on. right after I purchased DAILY VALUE PACK for ten days, this happened.
    1. Before ( Samsung Galaxy S7 edge) Screenshot_20171001-232515.png 2. After ( Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge) - no longer appeared option to watch ad Screenshot_20171017-110941.png

    3. then I tried to change my DEVICE ( Sony Xperia Z Ultra) - and IT WORKS! 20171018_073429.jpg

    Already reinstall - clear data - restart device. None of them works .
