    Rich. There hasn't been a single constructive thing you have added to these threads.

    You hide behind your rudeness in these forums. People here lost real money. And real progress that had nothing to do with token farming.

    I'm not trolling. Of course a player like me who didn't cheat and got rewarded is going to have different opinions than someone who cheated and got penalized.

    I feel for the players who payed and lost what they payed for, even for all the exploiters and in one of my last posts I even said the punishment was too big, in case you missed that.

    But yellowocean has chosen a very immature approach with namecalling me and attacking me on even threads not related on this subject. I ignored him though, so doesn't matter anymore.

    Hey everyone,
    first off, thanks for so much feedback - yes, we care and we read it all. (like really everything...)

    Do we communicate: Yes, we do. When we have something solid to say, which will be soon.

    Do we sleep and eat? sometimes - probably less than we should!
    Do we like Capslock? Nope. Would like to emphasize at this point, that friendly and constructive communication really helps us understand actual feedback - so keeping "arguments" to a minimum helps everyone.

    A teaser: refunds were already part of our "actions taken" communication, we said we would process them prior to anyone specifically asking. It simply takes a while.

    To make this statement clear:
    "Refund" here means: we will give back the pearls that were purchased.
    Money back: any player is free to contact Player Support.
    Any further discussion around this question will be removed from the forums as it concerns personal issues, which do not belong here.


    Stay tuned for an official update soon.
