[Stuck] Server Issues - can't play

    So, I am currently unable to access anything except the "Battle Ended" screen on my "main" game account. However, I started a "mini" account (different guilds and never used to "assist" the main account in any way) last week with a separate email, and I can access that account without issue. Both accounts are on the same device, but setup using different user profiles on my phone. How am I able to access one game but not both on the same device? It just doesn't make any sense to me whatsoever.

    I am not trying to be difficult, but I don't understand if you are saying that I should no longer be experiencing issues or not. If I am not supposed to be, then the server issue hasn't been corrected.
