I am not earning any stars

I have not received any stars since 10/10/17
I am a fixer user and I recently changed to defender and due to this, my infamy dropped by about 1000.
I sent a request to trouble shoot this issue to ROVIO but they are not doing anything.
I play over 100 games per day and I haven't received a SINGLE STAR.
I am a VIP member and ROVIO just told me that, it can happen because my infamy dropped alot or not participating in guild quests.
????? WTH I changed my ship to do my guild quest and because of this, my infamy dropped. I have never played defender! Ofcourse this can drop my infamy.
AND THAT'S IT!?
I played over 400 hundred games over past 3 days and I haven't got a single star and they are not going to do anything about it?
I could have gotten so many stars by now and could have bought so pay parts by now by opening boxes.
Please help!!

 

Hey! The rewards are cut out if infamy drops too much, to prevent intentional infamy tanking. Once you get a couple of hundred of that infamy back you will get your rewards again.

 

The standard you made to cut the rewards, It's really unfair. Some of my guild members received 42000 tokens by doing not so much different, I get nothing/ or actually I lost all my stars by trying to participate on a guild quest that no one in my guild could do. Don't you think so?
I can go back to fixer again and I get some infamy back, and what about all the rewards I could have gotten?
I am not even asking for the free tokens you gave out. I just think it's really unfair for users like me. I didn't jump to different guilds to get a easy way out.
I dedicated my time and money to play this game and all that time I spent without sleeping to complete quest is all for nothing?
Please at least give me the stars I could have earned. Seriously I am not even asking for that 42000 tokens. (well if giving out 42000 token is easy for you, I don't mind that either)
I am seriously thinking of getting out of this game. I am sure getting $10 per month from me is really nothing to you.
As a honest player, I am just letting my heart out.

 

I earned my infamy by playing Fixer. Your rules and policy only makes me think that I have to keep my infamy by playing fixer only?
I don't have enough weapons to use defender. that can totally drop my infamy, by your standards, I only have to play fixer right?

 

I just received 42000 tokens just now. I guess this is for all the stars I lost? If it is, Thank you. I appreciate it. I totally thoguht you were going to ignore me....

 

That brings up couple of questions:
What's the infamy range? Is it dependent on the level of league you are in?

Is Rovio discouraging users from trying out different classes at higher infamy level? It's pretty obvious you receive higher infamy as a fixer than any other classes. It varies from person to person, but it surely takes some time for players to adjust to different classes of ships. Isn't Rovio approaching the infamy tanking issue with a bit of laziness?

It's a nonsense to punish players making efforts to try out different class of ships. It's not like she went to the battle with a MK1 ~ MK4 Defender at her infamy level. She did try to bring the level of her ship to the competitive level before she started using the new class. I'm pretty sure you know how long it takes to bring a ship from MK1 to MK5. Punishing small number of innocent players ( I don't know how many cases exist like hers) because of shady players tanking infamy is very discouraging and unfair to the few innocents.

Thank you. Now I am faced to play the game without receiving any stars and I don't know for how long. I still think it's very unfair. I have not played any game yet but we'll see.....

Okay, why does everyone make their OWN thread about their OWN COMPLAINTS instead of looking through the forums for one? It's now something that only happens to you, it can happen to anyone. I'm sorry if I sounded disrespectful at anytime, but please, if you got any issues with the game, look through the forums first before you post. The forums are getting clogged up with all these unnecessary threads.
