Internet issue

Hi, iam fm egypt,
Well, everything goes well with the game but the battle
Internet is okay to operate the game, collecting brizes, even to watch other ships after mine sinking
But I cannot battle, and I got internet drop and connection timed out as well only while playing,
Except that everything goes well
How could it be internet issue in egypt while everything goes well but while my ship still alive !!

 

Wish a quick reply, bcz I am pretty sure that I dont want to lose all my progress in the game.

Does this happen everytime to play? And how many times has this happened already?

 

Not everytime but it happened Many times more than you can imagine , my infamy kept getting down from 800 to 250 while I was trying to battle,
Everything goes well but battling as I said.

Im still awaiting for your reply, I still cannot run the battles.

 

Please pay some attention to the forum,, im waiting yours if u ve a solution or shall I delete the game.

 

Same is happening to me and got feeling game makers don’t care as they don’t make it easy in any way at all to contact them about in game isssues which is very shocking as it shows complete lack of interest in players other than for our money

Or they might be busy trying to fix certain issues, believe it or not the developers have lives too

 

they may have seen your post but didn't comment. Just calm down.

 

Can tell you are not suffering this problem then, the game is totally unplayable for some of us at moment and nothing at all has been heard on the matter from the game makers, so it’s hard for some to be calm especially for those who have spent money on game.
