easy solution to finish cheat

    Hi, first of all again give thanks for this great update I really love it, it is clear that there are things to improve, but now it makes sense to be part of a team and the game is much better.
    For the theme of the traps that are associated with trying to have a higher infamy or to complete a fleet mission ... can be solved in a very simple way ...
    Do not allow players from the same guild to compete against each other, this is the end of the problem, and it is easy and logical, it does not make sense to face your teammates. There are only 25 players who can not face each other, that can not increase the search time per game to much.
    If they never face, they can not favor the rival, eat a mine on purpose, or die burning slowly ... I hope this helps and the developers take it into account.
    And let's keep seeing such good changes like these. New maps please ...

    If that idea were implemented, then it would mean guild members who join games at the same time would have a higher chance of being on the same team (since they can’t be against each other).

    Personally, I don’t have a problem with that, as I think 5 man fleets should just be a thing. But if guildies couldn’t play against each other then 5 man fleets would be thing in all but name.

    As a Renegades player, we love facing each other and try to pulverize each other as much as possible, but, I do agree with your solution. It's a simple but effective one.
    I would rather have that solution than having fun getting my ass whooped/whopping Eric's ass if it means an end to cheating.
    I'm pretty sure the devs are sick and tired of this sh*t and so is the entire community.

    They could also create a dummy guild to bypass that solution.
    Do you have a solution to that problem ?

    Monitoring battles and reporting "might" be the best way though. Just thinking out loud.

    How would a dummy guild help the guild trying to finish the quests? There is no crossover.

    The dummy guild would lose the match and give wins to the main guild. Many guilds have sister guilds too so why I like Oskar's idea, its still not fool proof.

    Meant for infamy boost, which was the topic of the thread.
    For quests, people who "farm" tokens, create a guild, do the first board and redo the same thing over and over.
    One solution is a 7days "cool off" for creating a guild. So basically, after 7 days, the quests refresh to board 1.

    Ur idea is great and honestly when I started this game I was a bit surprised about why did this game let people from same guild match against each other.
    Then I thought the reason was low player base at the top
    Ur idea is great but I wonder it might make matchmaking slower at the top as player base will decrease for matchmaking.

    I think you should check out clash royale's " nova" guild win trading on reddit for better understanding of how dummy guilds work for win trading.
    They are simply gods of win trading and even after 1and half yrs of clash royale release the developers have not been able to solve this problem fully.

    The only fix for that would be to lower the Guild Member count to maybe 12. Then it would affect matchmaking much less. Probably won't happen.

    That cannot be done because that way no clan would be able to complete the quest boards.
    His solution is most plausible one and as player base would increase the matchmaking problem will sort out I just think rn is not the time to implement his solution let player base grow more

    I had a devious idea to solve this problem simply make the cost of making guild 5 times the initial everytime you make a new guild.
    1st it 100k then 500k then 2.5 mil.
    How does that sound?

    Well the quests would have to tweaked to be more targeted. But it's not going to happen so its a moot point.

    Too easy to farm gold.
    Best way imo is the 7 days cool down. They wouldn't be able to create a new guild after the boards refresh to Tier 1.
    And when you create a guild, i'm sure you don't think about quitting it after 7 days anyway so...

    It's cost sugar to create a guild I think so much harder than gold and the multiplier could be made 10x if it suits and it's always goes up doesn't reset based on season anyway this idea came up from top of my head I do like ur idea that sounds good.

    I don’t think extra costs for guilds would help, as the dummy guilds could just be created on different accounts, or closely matched guilds could have “agreements” to trade kills.

    I think the only solution is to monitor games, and ban people who cheat: make it so it’s not worth it.

    If only reporting cheaters worked. Sadly it seems that the only way to get people punished is to name and shame on the forum.

    How about players that are over 3k infamy have their names guild and infamy are hidden until after the battle. This could help prevent cheating a bit
